Attorney Monica Fuster joined Graff & McGovern as a law clerk in 2019. Upon admission to the Ohio Bar in November 2021, Monica was promoted to Associate Attorney. Monica represents licensed professionals in their disciplinary and administrative matters before state boards and agencies in Ohio. Monica also assists in landlord-tenant matters and residential real estate transactions.
Monica moved from California to Ohio in 2014 to pursue her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University. Monica graduated magna cum laude in 2017 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in sociology and minors in history and philosophy.
Monica received her law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2021. While at Moritz, Monica externed for the Office of University Compliance and Integrity at The Ohio State University. Monica also participated in the Justice for Children Clinic, where she had the opportunity to represent minors in a variety of legal proceedings, including delinquency charges and immigration adjustments.
